Scotland • St. Andrews

And this will be the last post about our little trip to Scotland. We went for a day trip to St. Andrews to see a little bit of the sea and get out of the city a bit more. It was very easy to get there, just take a bus from the Edinburgh coach station. It was very very lovely! I really feel at home at the sea, especially in the northern countries. There is just something so peaceful about it.

Scotland • Loch Ness

While we stayed in Edinburgh, we obviously had to at least go on a day trip to the Scottish Highlands. So we stepped into a bus for 13 hours and drove all the way to Loch Ness. The scenery we saw was just beautiful and absolutely amazing. It really made us want to go on a camping trip and spend a few days to go hiking. I definitely want to go back to Scotland and spend some more time in the Highlands.
